Blockchain Infra Operator (Site Reliability Engineer)

We are looking for a person who can go under the skin of blockchains. This position is inside RockawayX Infra team – Biggest central Europe staking operator (part of RockawayX). This role will be responsible for operation and research on range (15+) of networks operated.

Location:
Prague

Your responsibilities: 

Operations 

  • Operating and tuning of our nodes
  • Monitoring and deep dive metrics of the network
  • Testing and deployment of new networks

Community and Research

  • Cooperation with various projects
  • Writing research articles
  • Follow the blockchain technological trends 
  • Active participation on Discord

Our requirements:

  • Passion for blockchain technologies and distributed systems
  • Strong IT Linux background
  • Masters Degree from computer science
  • Proficient English communication
  • 10 out of 10 drive and sense of ownership
  • (Plus) Expertise in blockchain PoS technologies – Ethereum, Tendermint, Solana, etc…
  • (Plus) Deep knowledge of distributed systems
